What makes HEATJAC a technology company is not that our products warm you. It is how the system decides where warmth goes.
PRINCIPLES
The human body is not uniformly cold.
It loses heat fastest from the core and redistributes blood away from the extremities to protect it. Most warming products ignore this: they heat a patch of fabric and hope.
HEATJAC’s architecture is built on three engineering decisions.
THE PLATFORM
Built as infrastructure, worn as a layer.
Ultra-low-profile harness and liner construction that disappears under scrubs, uniforms, body armor, or outerwear. Adjustable fit across body types. Breathable where the body needs to shed heat, reflective where it needs to keep it.
Easy-care construction, built for repeated real-world use (see the care and fit guide included with every unit).

Our heat-reflective lining returns up to 95% of radiant body heat, based on material testing to ASTM C1371. The cheapest watt of warmth is the one you do not lose.

The patented Thermal Cell Array™ positions configurable thermal zones across the core and torso, taking heat from a centralized source and spreading it across a wider area of the body. Contact warming, with a different profile than forced-air approaches.

The platform accepts long-life warming elements of the user’s choice and supports cooling configurations. No proprietary battery lock-in and no disposable dependency.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Protected, and Expanding
The architecture is protected by two issued U.S. utility patents covering the wearable platform itself: the panel, liner, and thermal-pocket architecture that makes configurable body-zone warming possible.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Built to Keep Developing
Behind the issued patents is an active engineering program. HEATJAC™ maintains a development roadmap that extends the architecture into new materials, new warming and cooling configurations, and new environments, with additional patent filings in preparation. Materials and product performance are validated through a bench-testing program built on recognized ASTM standards.
We describe that work publicly when it is protected and proven, and not before.

HEATJAC™ states performance the way engineers do: as measurable properties tied to recognized standards. Our reflectance figure is a material claim under ASTM C1371. As our testing program expands to additional recognized thermal standards, published performance will expand with it.
